The Client
Raine IT Solutions GmbH is an IT services company, based in Vienna, Austria. As a consultancy and supplier of outsourced IT services, one of its main offerings is its digital workplace solutions. These include subscriptions to Microsoft products, which Raine IT provides to a diverse range of companies, mainly in Austria.
The Challenge
Raine IT is a Microsoft Tier 1 CSP (Cloud Solutions Provider), reselling Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams subscriptions to its clients. The company had been manually managing its customers’ accounts, adding and removing licenses, managing renewals, and amending subscription details and licenses.

The Solution

Additionally, Microsoft pricing is automatically updated via bi-directional sync to the Microsoft partner center.
