The Gridheart Marketplace gives the partners the ability to plan and make data-driven sales decisions based on reports from the platform and they can, therefore, find cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase their revenue. Support teams can direct their efforts towards true value-adding service instead of having to solve simple tasks such as increasing or decreasing seats for a cloud service. The customers are also able to do this themselves by self-serving in the marketplace which also removes bottlenecks in terms of staffing.
